A restriction is enforced. The error message CPF4173 "EOFDLY processing not valid for member &4" should transpire for an attempt to open a file [member] with End Of File Delay feature activated [via Override to Database File - OVRDBF] against a file established with Reuse Deleted Records (REUSEDLT) feature enabled.
