If they were all OPM programs it would be pretty easy but with ILE you have
modules. The way I did it was to write a program that used system API's to
do the work. I use that to build a file with data that I can then query or
use as input to a program. Complicated programming. I created a command
called

GETSRCDTA LIBLIST(ALANC IL) OUTFILE(ALANC/SRCLIST) OPTION(*REPLACE)

that takes a list of libraries and builds a file with the data.

If you want the code, pleas let me know through private e-mail with your
release level and I will send it to you.

The only other way I could think to do is loop through all the programs and
do a DSPPGM or DSPSRVPGM *MODULE to *PRINT and then look through the spool
file looking for the program or module name.

Anybody know, off-hand, an easy way for a CL program to find out what
source member a program (or the main entry-point module of a
multi-module program) was compiled from?

The idea is to go through a list of programs, and refresh them.
