The solution I'm currently pursuing is to optionally outfit each
"environment library" with two *DTAARAs: one with the name of the
library to use for source (if not present, it defaults to the
environment library itself), and one with the names of additional
libraries to add on to the *LIBL before compiling (defaulting to none).
I did a test CL program that successfully ran through a *DTAARA
containing a space-delimited list of 3 libraries, and added them to the
*LIBL.
Not necessarily ideal, but a step up from having to hard-code and
maintain multiple versions of a "user-defined object recompilation CL."
