We've encountered some odd behavior in Integrated Web Services. I just sent the following to IBM (for some reason, we can no longer do phone PMRs; maybe we've used up our allowance for them?), but maybe somebody here might have a clue about what's going on here.

On our V6 system, in the "IBM Web Administration for i" web console, when we click the "Create Web Services Server" link, regardless of the state of our two existing IWS server instances, we are taken to "Specify Web services server name - Step 1 of 9," allowing us to create another IWS server instance.

But on a customer system, one on which we've implemented IWS-based web services that are currently in production, and on which we are attempting to create a second IWS server instance for a test environment, clicking that same link skips that initial step entirely, and takes us directly to "Specify User ID for Server - Step 1 of 8."

This is preventing us from creating a test IWS instance for the customer, and we cannot explain the difference in behavior, much less deal with it.
