The previous service pack SI37891 IS out there for Itanic at the link below. I seem to recall that M$ pulled support for itanic and as a result so did IBM. It's not in the 7.1 client at all. Redhat has already bailed and I believe Oracle (SUN) also has just jumped ship on the chip so I'm not sure who that leaves using it besides HP who makes most Itanium equipped servers.
