Yes, that's exactly what I got.
The problem seems to be semantic:
Is 5052 some feature that *has* an enrollment limit? If so, what does it
do?
Or is it a feature that *is* an enrollment limit (presumably replacing
some other kind of usage limit)? If that's the case, then what other
usage limit does it replace?
