Don't hesitate to offer a suggestion. You get smarter and more confident by making the suggestions. Trying to explain something to someone else is a great way for you to also learn it. If the suggestion is a mistake someone will enjoy correcting it - very quickly - and you also learn from that.

Subject: Larry is not rambling. (was RE: Disabled Profile and Job SchedulerJobs ?)
"I wish I was smarter and could answer more questions posted, but I am
what I am!) I actually find this list an education experience as I learn
things just by reading the posts. Oh well, I think I'm now rambling,
sorry. Larry out."
Just wanted to add my two cents.
I often search the archives and have about a 50/50 success rate. I too
wish I was smarter and could answer more questions - I do try to offer
suggestions when I'm confident of my input, but I often hesitate for fear
of inducing confusion. I also find the education experience truly valuable
since I know the talent levels associated with the source of many of the
responses.
I can never say thank you enough to all the participants on midrange for
their assistance.
Thanks, Jerry
