Auto Duplexing

Anyone know of a way (like a system value type thing) that would
change the default printing to duplex? There's a push to save paper,
and the only things I can think of are:

1. Change all (or the ones I care about) printer files to duplex;
2. Change job streams to OVRPRTF;
3. Put an OVRPRTF in the initial program(?).

Any other ways?
