The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
Your first problem is that you are using a command (WRKJOB), telling it
OUTPUT(*PRINT), and trying to analyze that output.
Knock that shirt off. :-)
First, it isn't getting done what you want it to do. Second, I gave up on
that technique because of IBM reformatting spool file layouts with new
releases and whatnot.
Think API, or Application Program Interface.
Read these two introductions first:

http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/iseries/v7r1m0/topic/apiref/apiconcept.htm
BEFORE getting to the meat of the solution at:
http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/iseries/v7r1m0/topic/apis/qusljob.htm
and use of the 40* family of keys.
I think a large percentage of people who have used list api's have
probably written one for the "list jobs" api.
Gotta go pick up a sick kid from school.
