As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Of course I wanted it be user friendly, a GUI .. It needs to have a GUI and be user friendly.. the users only use it here and there.. maybe they would do a lot of data look ups 2 times a year.. during the main semesters ..
Don't know anything about the web query.. will research that one..

Or just raw SQL? Does the Web Query work? I only know it exists.
