and the like, and have been unable to locate a .PDF. Information Center
keeps popping up, and as I'm sure you're aware, there are no Appendices
there. Would you happen to be able to provide a link to the
respective .PDF?
(In all fairness, the Information Center does seem to want me to see
"DB2 UDB for iSeries SQL Call Level Interface (ODBC)" for V5R3 and V5R4.
Those similarly lack the mentioned appendices, of course.)
