Each of the various "CUMULATIVE PTF PACKAGE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS" such as the "SF98012: C0117540 Cumulative PTF Package Instructions" found in the Preventive Service Planning - PSP should include the list of prior cumulative identifiers.
