Assuming you've got a good MFRTYPMDL....

A simple CHGPRT or OVRPRTF with DUPLEX(*YES) or DUPLEX(*TUMBLE) should
do the trick.

If it doesn't work, pick a different MFRTYPMDL :)....if all else fails
you can build a WSCST with the correct commands.

Note this requires that you know you going to do duplexing prior to
creating the spool file.

What I've done in the past is set up second printer device that uses a
WSCST to configure the printer to always print in duplex. Then if a
user wants a particular spool file printed double sided they simply
send it to the other device.
