Why not set up a remote outqueue? SPLFs put in that queue on the source
system will automagically route to the defined outqueue target system. In
the old days we would have set up a SNADS distribution queue for it, but
nowadays a remote outqueue over TCP/IP is dead-simple to set up. There are
no dependencies on Client Access or Passthru.

Is there a way to configure a printer for a user for a pass thru session
on another system i? That is, you want a generated report from the
target system (in Japan) to print on a printer located at the source
system (in USA). I assume the only way would be with a client access
printer session, which we use only rarely and I'm not an expert on.
Details: Using pass-thru with Anynet and System i Access for Windows.
User profile used in pass-thru is used by different users at the same
time.
