We had multiple abends from a bad IOP card, wound up with some backup
issues and CHGPF issues, and RCLSTG was suggested. The timer is
interesting. When we started a reclaim of our IASP it started
saying it had 5 hours left and just continued to climb. After 9 hours
it still said we had 9 hours left. Cancel and did a RCLSTG *DBXREF.
took just a few minutes. Had to try it the next weekend. Took another
17 hours. Started the RCLSTG *SYSTEM after that. Same thing. Ran for
9 hours said about 9 hours left. Will probably try again this
weekend.

Perform the first [and possibly only] as RCLSTG SELECT(*ALL) OMIT(*DBXREF) since the prior RCLSTG SELECT(*DBXREF) should already have refreshed the *DBXREF data. No reason to inline the *DBXREF processing with the work of the Reclaim Storage for the given scenario.
