Mike,

The CHGCMDDFT command does set the change date on the command. If you look
for commands with a change date different from creation date you will find
all of the commands. Could be some commands with a change date for other
reasons so it's a superset.

I used CHGCMDDFT. While I know some of the commands I changed, I don't
know ALL of them I changed. Like I said, I was an idiot. Some the key
commands I changed are for vendor software and that don't have that
feature. I thought there was a file this was stored in and that I
could query. No, we won't backup and restore, it'll be a CL program
that re-adds them.
