Sometimes knowing IBM lingo makes searching easier. Commands, unlike
APIs, do not list what version they were introduced. But I picked up on
that lingo and googled for WRKJOBLOG introduced and found that it came out
in V5R4. Here's some info you might be interested in:

We changed the system value QLOGOUTPUT to *PND to take advantage of this.
