I can't remember where I got them (and any reference in the code is missing) but I had downloaded a series of doo-dads that will take an existing spooled file and convert it into a .PDF or .HTML file.
Perhaps someone will recognize the names of these objects a give due credit to the author.
CVT2CLP CLLE convert to processor
CVT2CMD CMD convert to streamfile
CVT2HTML RPGLE convert to html spooled files
CVT2PDF RPGLE convert to PDF spooled file
