Yep, we did follow the reports, and both of our "WTR" (we dropped the "FU") candidates did have more than one report they did indeed only look at totals. They now get the totals only report in their "My reports" window.

Ensure last page of report is on computer screen at startup in am (I am
sure you have
brilliant PC people there that can write a script to do that). In the

WFUTR candidate will either crack the proverbial and go (problem solved)
or like it

Just think of the space and money savings at Recall where all the
previous reports are
stored. Stop cowering to people that don't like change. You are in the
business
of change - teach them. Don't be afraid to step on toes - You're not
Robinson Crusoe.
