The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Check the archives, maybe the RPG list as well, for LSTOBJLCK. It is a command I wrote to list the locks for a given object and insert message into the job log. I'm pretty sure I posted the code on the midrange.com code site but I don't have a link handy.
We use it in batch jobs to catch what might have a lock at run time without requiring human intervention. Maybe it will help you.
If I'm wrong about it being in the archives you can contact me off-list or post to the thread and I will post the code again.
