The Run SQL Script statement area allows CL command strings to be embedded using the notation:

CL: Command-string

I am not sure what the requirements and restrictions for the use of the Override to Database File command string in that environment, but the availability for use may be no different than on the green screen; thus perhaps similarly, no requirement to create any ALIAS for use.
