Minimally, the programming-only would have only *IPGM and *BPGM for where allowed to run. Of course, RTVJOBA has those, but also usually has *IREXX and *BREXX, as well. (Not sure why *BMOD or *IMOD are not shown, although perhaps they are subsumed in the *IPGM or *BPGM values. Ahhh!! The latter are for either ILE or OPM, the MOD versions are for ILE executables only.)
