6.1 SNDPTFORD error L2TP Error.

Anyone seen this one before, I have double checked the IFS and it looks
fine.

L2TP server unable to bind to UNIX domain socket.

Cause . . . . . : The L2TP server was not able to get ownership of the
UNIX
domain socket located at /QIBM/USERDATA/OS400/TCPIP/PPP/L2TPUNIX.
Recovery
. . . : Verify that path /QIBM/USERDATA/OS400/TCPIP/PPP/L2TPUNIX exists
and that the QTCP profile has *RWX authority to it
