Nope, the DUPLEX() parm of the OVRPRTF or CHGPRTF is what your looking
for...assuming that you want to duplex on demand...

If you want to duplex by default, you're going to want to create a
workstation customizing objetc and attach it to the printer device.

Note: if the printer is big enough for a duplexer, I'd bet it also has
a network port. I'd recommend hooking the printer up as a network
printer instead of through the printer emulation session.
