Here's the second level text:

Message . . . . : Override of printer file &1 not allowed.
Cause . . . . . : One of the following occurred:
-- The printer file was overridden to file &2. Overrides to the name of
the system printer file are not allowed.
-- The file &2 is not a printer file. File &2 has the same name as the
system printer file and is in a library before QSYS in the library list.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and then try the request again:
-- Delete the override of file &1 (DLTOVR command).
-- Change the system library list (CHGSYSLIBL command) so QSYS is before
all other libraries that contain the file &2.

Does this apply?

My test code is as follows:
PGM
CRTPF FILE(QTEMP/TESTOVR) RCDLEN(132)
OVRDBF FILE(QSYSPRT) TOFILE(QTEMP/TESTOVR)
WRKJOBSCDE OUTPUT(*PRINT)
ENDPGM

However, the job fails with:
CPF9850 - Override of printer file QSYSPRT not allowed.

Any ideas why this simple override is not working?
