Yes I've noticed the F5 issue as well but only if the target is the Desktop. If it's another folder then it works without the F5. Hmmmm.

Yes, I have it installed and it works for me. It's been about 3 weeks
now and so far no issues. I do notice that when I drag something to the
desk top, I have to put the cursor somewhere on it and use F5 to get a
refresh of the desktop or I don't see the file.

Ok, I upgraded mine but it does not seem to have fixed the problem. Same result - will not copy or move the files and Windows explorer shuts down.
Anyone have success?
On v6r1.

Subject: 64 Bit IBM i Access - Updates!

For those of you using 64 bit IBM i Access who have noticed that Drag and Drop doesn't work (i.e. you get the ~drgdrp.tmp file and nothing
else) there are now service packs out to correct this issue. I have loaded the SI41054 service pack on my Windows 7 64 bit machine with IBM i access V7R1 and it works very nicely.

When IBM contacted me to inform me of the service pack they indicated:
"Your submission of a DCR, along with the many others who also did so, helped IBM decide this was an issue that needed to be addressed." So they DO Listen!

The Service Packs are:

For V7R1 SI41054
For V6R1 SI41053

For those who may have forgotten, service packs are available here:
