While there isn't any other information to go by, and looking at the
received numbers my bet is that the first one was detached during a restore
to a different machine (did you get a new system Nov 2008), and the second
one is your standard CHGJRN *GEN.

The entry in JROLSR1629 is dated 11/22/08 at 12:25:00...

I was able to delete it....

But I'm curious as to what was going on.
