trash folder?

It is not unusual for me to be STUMPED! I have a CLP (part of it below)
which has 8 consecutive EMLSPL commands - all emailing out the SAME file
to 8 internal employees. This works fine for 6 of the 8, BUT the other
two get nothing sent anywhere to their OUTLOOK mailbox??
