This is a variation on a phishing attack. The victim would have to fail to notice the return address of the e-mail being different then the expected domain name, just as in a web page variant, the victim would have to not notice the url being different then expected.

I wonder how Acrobat Reader prevents one entity from fraudulently impersonating another entity, and sending out input capable PDF files via email that submit return data to the impersonator?
