Sorry, but that just isn't true. STRPCO/STRPCCMD works by sending a specially-formatted 5250 screen to the emulator. Trust me, I've been part of a team that has written a 5250 emulator... I know how it works. I'm not just making this up (as you are.)

It has nothing to do with other tools in Client Access. STRPCO/STRPCCMD is purely within the 5250 emulator.

Maybe you're confusing STRPCCMD with RUNRMTCMD?
