Question about something I'm seeing on a customer's box:

Response time is generally sluggish, and when I do a WRKACTJOB, I seen
numbers like:
CPU %: 122.9

But no one job appears to be taking up much CPU, and the top 9 show:
7.4, 2.6, 2.0, 1.5, 1.4, .9, .9, .8, and .8

54 out of 1805 jobs are showing nonzero CPU %.

I've seen similar things, but never this extreme. Where is all that CPU
going?
