The display file ccsid is 37, chrid *JOBCCSID. The text file's field
ccsid is 37. The interactive session is Coded character set identifier 65535, Default
coded character set identifier 37.
The CHGTELNA shows ccsid of *MULTINAT.

I have to admit I cannot find where the CCSID of the *PGM is displayed.
