I am trying to compare what is on target 'vs' source for all objects. I have
obtained list of libraries being replicating using command

WRKDGOBJE DGDFN(*ALL) LIB1(*ALLENT) OBJ1(*ALLENT) OBJTYPE(*ALLENT)
OBJAUD(*ALLENT) PRCTYPE(*INCLD) OUTPUT(*OUTFILE) OUTFILE(MYLIB/MYFILENAME)
EXPAND(*YES)

I have also obtained list of libraries being excluded by issuing command

WRKDGOBJE DGDFN(*ALL) LIB1(*ALLENT) OBJ1(*ALLENT) OBJTYPE(*ALLENT)
OBJAUD(*ALLENT) PRCTYPE(*ALLENT) OUTPUT(*OUTFILE) OUTFILE(MYLIB/MYFILENAME)
EXPAND(*YES)

For IFS, I issued command

D00MIMIX/WRKDGIFSE DGDFN(*ALL) OUTPUT(*OUTFILE) OUTFILE(MYLIB/MYFILE)
EXPAND(*YES) OBJ1(*ALLENT) PRCTYPE(*INCLD)

For what is being replicated I can run the audits to verify that the objects
on the source are in sync with the objects on target. The audits would also
report if there are objects missing on target.

However I would like to find target only objects. Any way

I don't have MIMIX but are you trying to compare what is on target 'vs'
source, if so all objects or only those you have setup in your mimix
definitions.

You could try running WRKDGOBJE and WRKDGIFSE to an output file.
