If these are FoxPro files, they might be in the dBase format or xBase = an extension of dBase. Those are published. There is also a Microsoft desktop ODBC driver for dBase files - maybe that'd work to read the data with a query in Excel and push it up. Or maybe the Client Access upload has a format for this.

The xBase format tends to have a couple rows each for the columns - at the start of the file. This includes length and data type. Then each row follows, with the lengths as specified. That could be parsed if you want to work hard!
