RE: CWBSY1040 WINDOWS LOGON CREDENTIALS UNAVAILABLE

421bbf indicates that this is an intermittent problem, fixed by PTF at V5R4.
What OS version is this partition? Is PTF SE25099 or its equivalent
installed?

One of the user gets error message 'CWBSY1040 WINDOWS LOGON CREDENTIALS
ARE UNAVAILABLE' when he tries to connect to one of the AS400 partition.

However he is able to connect to another AS400 Partition successfully.

Can anyone suggest what the error can be?I have researched the net and
manuals but most of the soloution point to applying PTFs whwre as this
is problem connecting to one pf the partitions only and not to all the
partitions.Also only one specific user is experiencing this problem.
