DBU the physical file, then press Shift F2. This shows the database relationships. There's a last used date there. I believe it gets updates when an SQL statement uses it.

Cleaning 20 years of logical files - is there a way to determine if an index is used by sql - we have a number of store procedures and .net w/sql hitting the system.
