My only problem with any device specific SDK is all your mobile dev has
to be device specific.

I have to confess. I did purchase an iPad last week after prodding of
one of my developers.

Seems like a bigger, much more expensive version of my iPad, although my
3yr old girls love watching The Gummy Bear Song and Goodnight Moon on
the device :-)
