Yes they are a pain but if you know they are coming CHGIPLA to Start Restricted *YES for the first one which saves a TON of time. Even if you don't, when the screen comes up to "IPL NOW", F3 out CHGIPLA, then take option 8 again and proceed with the xtra IPL.
