The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

A coworker was was asking for any insight on using QNTC versus FTP where
CCSID conversion may be required, given the information found on this IBM
page about using CPYTOSTMF with QNTC. From this article, It appears that
the same code page is required for all transactions that go thru Netserver:
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=nas1ec142520bc3017f3862568790077dfb3
In /my/ application, I will be using CPYFRMSTMF to copy a *PCASCII file from
a QNTC share to a physical file on the i, but others are exploring other
applications where there is a need to use other CCSID's.
Systems are on V5R4, if it makes any difference.
