Silly question, but you do see the QINTER subsystem, right?

One other thing to check is to make sure TCPIP and associated servers are started. That could explain not being able to connect with Client Access.

No settings showing.

If they are attaching to another sbs, i would assume it's because that sbs
device settings match up.

They aren't showing in any sbs.
