Thanks guys for your help, i was able to get help from IBM, first thing was
to update iseries navigator, and then delete user index QYSMSVRE, i lost all
my current settings, but now i am able to access this function

If you are still having problems with the iNav part, I would make sure you
are up to date with client access service packs.
