The HTTP server instance exists, right? And no other HTTP server is
listening on the port that CGIPROD is listening (probably 80), right?
QSYSOPR message queue info? Job log info? Does it work from the command
line?

Server exists.
Only one on it's port.
I have no qsysopr msg queue, may be available Sunday or after future ipl.
Job log info may be there, I'll check that.
Works great from command line.

Do a WRKSPLF QTMHHTTP and look for job logs specific to CGIPROD. That might
give you an idea of what is going on.
