The customer in question is on V5R4. No idea when (or if) OS updates are
in the works, but at least it's not something that would have to work on
a V4 box. We can definitely count on CL and RPG (both OPM and ILE, in
both cases) being available, since we already have custom code compiling
and running on the box in question, but probably not ILE C or OPM MI.
