I'll get on the photo credit. That's a mistake we can't make.
As for Gears, that's not a COMMON choice. We use a service to produce
the digital version and I'm sure that's their choice.
I'll bet we charge extra for the ad with the sound file. I agree, we
shouldn't allow it to play without asking you first. I'll see what I can
do.

Is it just me ... or is it really annoying that the COMMON connect
newsletter isn't a PDF?
In order to download the document I have to install Google Gears (which
some organizations might not allow, although mine does ... but I don't
like gears especially). And I'm sure I can't view it on a device

That's absolutely the best way to make me navigate away from ANY site,
regardless of what it is.

p.s. Oh yeah, they used at least one picture I took but didn't give me
credit for the shots. I did give them permission to use my pictures,
but requested credit.
