Are they using the same database? Maybe you're missing some indexes,
and the system is doing full table scans - which might've been
acceptable on a fast system with few rows, but now with lots of row
the speed doesn't cut it...

Going from 60% used to 70% used will not necessarily slow down your
system - for example, if those extra 10% are just image catalogs...
