Main box:
GDWEB lpar: In our DMZ. Used to serve up our website. Now serves up
some specialty websites and our SMTP for Domino.
GDIHQ lpar: Production lpar. Supports ERP, accounting, eleven domino
partitions. No source.
GDISYS lpar: Development lpar. All coding done on this box. Change
management software promotes out. Couple of test Domino partitions.
HQLINUX: Runs Linux to support Tivoli Storage Manager since IBM abandoned
i as an OS.
Backup box:
GDWEB2 lpar: Backup DMZ Domino SMTP site
GDIHQ2 lpar: Mimix backup for GDIHQ. Switch test done every other month.
And business runs on it for a weekend while we do PTF's on primary. No
Domino.
GDISYS2 lpar: Mimix backup for GDISYS. Switch test done every other
month. And business runs on it for a weekend while we do PTF's on
primary. No Domino.
MAILTWO lpar: Backup Domino for GDIHQ on the other box. Multiple Domino
partitions. Also hosts GDWEB2 lpar.
HQLINUX2: Runs Linux and backup TSM. Never tested.
Test box:
MAIL3 lpar: Triple backup for the Domino partitions on GDIHQ and MAILTWO.
Also hosts remaining lpars on this box.
GDI lpar: Test lpar. I have permission to IPL 24x7 on a whim. Get's
PTF's, new OS, new Domino first.
GDWEB3 lpar: Backup DMZ Domino SMTP site.
