RE: V7R1 SQL Testing Issue

What is the reason code on the second level text of that CPF327E message?
What does the help say about that reason code?

These questions may not apply at 7.1. I am basing the questions on a V5R3
system.

Getting an error creating long table names via SQL in V7R1.



Can someone try this SQL on V7R1 and let me know if it works for them.
I just applied CUM PTF's and still does not work.



Throws an SQL0901 error with CPF327E Internal error type 4204. Works
fine with short table name.



SQL statement:

create table QGPL/LONGNAME123456

(PageNumber dec(5, 0))



Here's the joblog info

CPF327E - Alternative name for file LONGN00001 not allowed.



I can change my code to use 10 char file names, but this should work
with long file names.



Any feedback appreciated.
