We code HTML, JavaScript, and CSS with Dreamweaver. And our servers are written in RPG, using SEU. But we use a home-grown Apache interface, as an alternative to conventional CGI.
I've been asked on a number of occasions whether I'd recommend a pre-packaged productivity suite (what, with all the tool vendors out there). But most of our productivity comes from experience and an ever-growing in-house code base.
