Finally got what appears to be a good CSV file in the IFS with headers.

My problem now is that I can't open the file properly using Excel.

Excel is whining about a "incorrect format".

My file was created using cpytoimpf and that worked well enough.

I got a feeling I have a ccsid problem when I copy the file from the
IFS over to my pc.
