Some thoughts here for restoring *AUTL generally:

To ensure no *AUTL restores /over/ an existing authorization list object, those on disk can be changed to have a different owner than on media, and the alluded RSTUSRPRF incantation having also included the parameter specification of ALWOBJDIF(*NONE).
